“We all have talents. No one has all talents”.
Child Analysis:- Child analysis helps to discover the inborn talent of a child. It is a method introduced by brain champions and is a set of assessment systems developed by scientists and medical experts.
This is a very useful tool for every parent & teacher to focus on the strengths and weaknesses of a child, which will help a child’s overall growth.
Study Says more than 80% of children as they grow & become Adult are trapped in a career that is not mend for them.
Economic Times Report:- 29th May 2018 – Only 20 per cent of employees are satisfied with their jobs. Eight in 10 employees are dissatisfied with their jobs. The data came out from the Times Jobs survey of over 1,100 working professionals.
It’s sad how many people think they’re “done with studying” the moment they leave school. In reality, everything you’ve learned in class is largely worthless in the real world.
Unfortunately, most of us have little sense of talents and strengths, much less the ability to build our lives around us. Instead, guided by our parents, teachers and managers or influenced by media, peers and friends, we become numbed and blinded thus practising our weaknesses and spending our lives in mediocrity, while our strengths lie dormant and neglected. And the vicious cycle kept on going as we used similar ways to raise the next generation.
Fatcs
In this rapidly evolving context, 1.3 million people enter the working-age population every month. As half of the country’s population of 1.3 billion is below the age of 25, We look to the country’s young population to define a desirable future.
What makes your future strong?
The moment you come to know about your strengths then you can work on your strengths and deliver exceptional results. In just a few years a rigorous regular practice in the area of strength will make you experienced in your skill. A combination of skills and experience can make you stand out from the crowd.
Our Approach:-
We generate a consolidated report of a child in 4 weeks after analysing different factors through various Methods.
⦁ Psychometric:- Psychometric tests are a scientific method used to measure an individual’s mental capabilities and behavioural style. It is designed to measure candidates’ suitability for a role based on the required personality characteristics and aptitude (or cognitive abilities).
⦁ Logical Test:- Logical reasoning tests are designed to measure non-verbal analytical skills.
⦁ Aptitude Method: An aptitude test is a systematic means of testing a Child’s abilities to perform specific tasks and react to a range of different situations, the tests seek to determine innate ability at a particular competency
⦁ Graphological Method:- Graphology is the analysis of the physical characteristics and patterns of handwriting claiming to be able to identify the writer, indicating the psychological state at the time of writing, or evaluating personality characteristics.
⦁ Finger Ridge Method:- It is a scientific study associated with fingerprint patterns and brain lobes. This will help in understanding a unique inborn potential and personality.

Howard Earl Gardner (born Ju11, 194394is 3) American- developmental psychologist and the John H. and Elisabeth A. Hobbs Research Professor of Cognition and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education at Harvard University. He is currently the senior director of Harvard Project Zero, and since 1995, he has been the co-director of The Good Project Gardner has written hundreds of research articles and thirty books that have been translated into more than thirty languages. He is best known for his, as outlined in his 1983 book Frames of Mind: The Theory of Multiple Intelligences. Gardner believes that intelligence, the way it has traditionally been understood (logically, as with I.Q. tests), does not explain the wide variety of human abilities. The theory of Multiple Intelligences suggests that we excel with different types of intelligence. Following are the Key references & Researches 1684 – Dr. Nehemiah Grew (1641-1712) presented Finger Prints, Palms and Soles an Introduction To Dermatoglyphics to the Royal Society • 1686 – Dr. Marcello Malphigi (1628-1694) noted in his treatise; ridges, spirals and loops in fingerprints • 1892 – Sir Francis Galton a British anthropologist and a cousin of Charles Darwin, He published his book, “Fingerprints”, establishing the individuality and permanence of fingerprints. The book included the first classification system for fingerprints. • 1936 – Dr. Harold Cummins & Dr. Charles Midlo also researched the embryo-genesis of skin ridge patterns and established that the fingerprint patterns actually develop in the womb and are fully formed by the fourth foetal month. • 1970 – USSR, Former Soviet Union. Using Dermatoglyphics in selecting the contestant for the Olympics. • 1980 – China carried out research work on human potential, intelligence and talents in dermatoglyphics and human genome perspective. • 1998 – Frames of Mind by Dr. Howard Gardner. • 2004 – IBMBS- International Behavioural& Medical Biometrics Society. Over 7000 reports and theses published. Nowadays the U.S., Japan China, and Taiwan apply dermatoglyphics to educational fields, expecting to improve teaching qualities and raise learning efficiency by knowing various learning styles.
Dr. Harold Cummins
In 1926, Dr. Harold Cummins coined the word “Dermatoglyphics” the scientific study of skin ridge patterns found on the palms of the human hands. Dr. Cunnins achieved world recognition as the “Father of Dermatoglyphics”. The findings of his lifetime studies & the techniques he developed, known as the Cunnins Methodology, are accepted as important tools in tracing genetic & evolutionary relationships…
